All our service and repairs are carried out by factory trained sewing machine technicians utilising our fully equipped workshop.

Simply pack up your Karpet King machine securely and ship it to us for a quotation.

When it arrives we will then inspect your machine and advise you of any broken or worn spare parts that require replacement as well as the labour costs.

Karpet King Machinery is designed to last a lifetime and with regular cleaning and lubrication it should provide you with many years of reliable operation.

To keep your machine in the best possible condition we are able to provide in-house service checks, this involves resetting the machine back to the original specification whilst also cleaning and lubricating those difficult to reach areas.

We are proud of our modern well organised parts department, stocking well over 25,000 different Karpet King components for our extensive range of carpet sewing machinery.

We are open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, we ship parts worldwide to our vast customer base of carpet retailers, carpet sample manufacturers, airlines and specialist Auto, RV, Boat and Caravan trimmers.
